Trevor Neilands Chief executive/ Director of the Northern Regional College unveiled the tile art sculpture created by community groups and schools across Magherafelt. The sculpture gave local groups the opportunity to mark the Olympic Torches journey through Magherafelt. The sculpture will be located in the new Leisure centre in Magherafelt when it opens later this year. The creation of the sculpture was a joint venture with the Northern Regional Colleges art department, Magherafelt District Council and the Living & Learning Together project.
