Social media is being increasingly used by businesses to develop their brands and create an online presence. Engaging with customers in this way not only helps develop your brand’s voice but is a vital tool to promote your excellent customer service. This short course has been designed to help you identify the key social media platforms which customers use and how develop your customer service techniques using this medium.
