This course includes a wide range of both traditional and contemporary artisan breads.
Skills and techniques covered each week include kneading, proving, and shaping which will give you the confidence to make your own bread from scratch at home.
Products will include:
- Flat breads & Pizza
- Traditional Soda and Wheaten bread
- Sweet Doughs
Please note that due to ongoing major campus construction projects courses at Ballymena, Coleraine and Ballymoney may be relocated to alternative suitable locations as required.
