WorldHost training is the foundation for establishing a culture of excellence and driving business transformation. This course is for front-line staff who have regular interactions with customer and will help to identify customer needs and how to manage expectations. There will be a focus on the importance of making a great first impression and developing personal communication skills to improve customer interactions.
Learners must be at least aged 16 years of age on or before 1 July 2020.
There are no formal qualification requirements.
