SAM, the UK and Ireland market leader in MDF Mouldings, based in Antrim are seeking a Higher Level Apprentice in Manufacturiing Engineering.  Candidates must have completed 2 years in a mechanical/electrical engineering based further education course and have attained GCSE or equivalent grades.  They must also have the ability to use a variety of hand tools, capable of MIG/Arc/TIG Welding, be computer literate in Word and Excel, have a high degree of initiative and safety awareness, the ability to prioritise workloads, respond quickly to emergencies and creative problem-solving skills.
