Course Content
Inclusive Futures is designed to support participants in developing their confidence, employability, and life skills to prepare for progression into work, further training, or volunteering opportunities. The programme will focus on personal development, communication, teamwork, and goal setting, with an emphasis on inclusive and supportive learning.
Course Aims
The goal of Inclusive Futures is to provide a positive and empowering learning experience that helps participants move forward in their personal and professional journeys.
- Deliver engaging and interactive sessions that promote confidence and skill-building.
- Incorporate a mix of practical and discussion-based learning.
- Embed employability, digital, and communication skills throughout delivery.
- Monitor attendance, participation, and learner progress each week.

This course is fully funded by the Department for the Economy, under the Skill Up Programme. This course is a part of a suite of free online accredited courses that the College is offering to upskill, retrain and gain a qualification with no costs associated.
