Results

Welcome to the College results page where we will share information with you on how your results and/or certificates will be released to you. Unfortunately, due to Covid-19 restrictions, the traditional results collection will not be possible for the majority of our students. Our priority remains to keep you and our staff safe, and in order to do this, there are limits on which results can be collected from campus.

It is essential that you adhere to the guidance on this page and do not turn up on campus unless invited to do so.


The following results and certificates (where received) will be issued as follows:

Tuesday 10 August 2021

  • All Pearson Level 3 results will be posted first class if received by this date.
  • If you have applied to University via UCAS, Pearson automatically inform UCAS of your results from 8AM on this day.
  • If you have applied to a Higher Education course at the College or another FE College in NI, and need a copy of your results on 10th August, please email the exams office ASAP and also complete this online form.

Thursday 12 August 2021

All GCSE students will be contacted by the Exams Team to advise them of their time slot to attend the College to collect their result, which will be available for collection from the relevant campus according to where they studied their GCSE subject.

It is important that students do not turn up to College unless invited to do so, all other results/certificates will be posted to the student’s home address.  If this address has changed please ensure your address is updated.

All results/certificates received for all other qualifications will be posted on 12th August, please allow a few days to receive these by post.

If you have changed telephone number, email address or postal address since you enrolled on the course, complete this online form as soon as possible and before 5pm on Friday 6th August.  The College cannot take any responsibility for certificates that have been sent to your previous home address where you have not informed the College of a change of address.

If you are invited to collect your results/certificate on campus, you must attend at your allocated time, with photo ID and arrive alone. Staff will direct you when you arrive.

All GCSE results not collected on Thursday 12th August, will be posted first class to the address registered on the College records.

Ulster University Must be collected in person. The exams team will contact you by telephone when your certificate is received into College to arrange a mutually convenient time for you to collect this.

Summer 2021 Results Appeals

If your qualification used Teacher Assessed Grades(TAG) or Centre Determined grades(CDG) please refer to the TAG Appeals Form which gives information on how to request an appeal.

If your qualification did not use TAGs or CDGs, and you wish to appeal your assessment outcome, please refer to the Student Assessment Appeals Process and submit a Student Assessment Appeals Form.
