Course Content
This workshop provides information about play therapy and its benefits for young children; it is very much still a taboo, but by spreading the news about play therapy, it can help reduce children growing up with anxieties and trauma by exploring it early. It will also provide practical tips on how to incorporate play therapy techniques into daily life and practical examples of what this looks like. Play Therapy is especially beneficial for children who have experienced bereavement, have nightmares, struggle to make friends, attachment issues, if mum had a traumatic birth and much more.
