Get Cooking is a practical, hands-on class for beginners who want to build confidence in the kitchen. Learn essential cookery and baking skills such as basic food preparation, simple cooking methods, and following recipes. Using fresh, affordable ingredients, you'll create everyday dishes and gain the skills to cook from scratch at home with confidence.

Application Process
When applying online for this Leisure Course, Step 3 does not need to be completed, as examination results are not required. Official photographic identification must be uploaded; applications without valid ID will not be processed.

You must be at least 16 years of age as of the 1 July 2025.
