Course Content

The Level 2 NVQ in Professional Cookery (Prep and Cook) course is for those students who wish to become qualified in food preparation and who are working full or part-time in a catering establishment or those who are seeking employment in the catering industry. In addition, to the mandatory units a range of optional units are offered to suit individual needs. Students gain expertise and are continuously assessed to a high standard in the well-equipped bakery kitchen.
