Health and Social Care student Sam Welsh was named Further Education Learner of the Year, recognised for his exceptional commitment, leadership and academic excellence. Sam consistently demonstrated strong leadership and professionalism in the classroom, setting a positive example for his peers and helping to foster a respectful and focused learning environment. His remarkable work ethic enabled him to complete both the Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care and the Level 4 Certificate in Leadership within just one year, showcasing a clear understanding of care principles alongside advanced leadership skills.
